Check in is 3:00pm on Friday, but if rooms are available, early arrivals may check-in earlier. If rooms are not available upon arrival, luggage can be secured while guests go out to eat or rest in the hospitality room.
Cancellation Policy: Three (3) weeks prior to event date any blocked rooms that have not been reserved will go back into the general public reserve to be booked. Any late reservations being made will be located as close to the blocked rooms as possible. Same rate will apply.
Agenda
Full agenda is in the works and will be published in the near future. You can be sure that it will include a weekend packed full of fun activities including social hours, safety demonstrations, a marble run through some of the best riding areas that St. Louis has to offer, and lots of fun with some of the best women motorcyclists in the area.
